Our notes are digital and open as soon as you pay, so a note that has been opened cannot be handed back. This policy explains clearly when we do refund. It is published in English.
1. When we refund
- Paid but no access. You were charged but the note did not appear in My Library, and we could not fix it within 24 hours of your telling us.
- Charged twice. You were charged more than once for the same order. We refund the extra payment.
- Not as described, or a fault we cannot fix. The note is clearly different from its description, or a technical fault stops you from reading it and we cannot solve it within 7 days.
- Bought by mistake. You bought the wrong note and tell us within 24 hours of paying, and you have not opened it beyond its free preview pages. Our records show which pages were opened.
2. When we do not refund
- You changed your mind after opening the note.
- You did not use or finish the note within its access period.
- Access was withdrawn because the terms were broken (for example sharing the notes or your account).
- The free preview pages already showed what the note contains.
3. Orders with more than one note
If you bought several notes or a bundle in one payment, a refund covers the whole order, and access to every note in that order is withdrawn. A coupon used on a refunded order is counted as used.
4. How to ask
Send us your order number (it is in My Orders and in your confirmation email) and what went wrong, through any of the contacts below. We will reply within 3 working days.

5. How the refund is paid
An approved refund goes back to the same payment method you used, through Razorpay. It normally reaches you within 5 to 7 working days of our approval; the exact time depends on your bank or UPI app. Access to the refunded notes is removed when the refund is made, and your invoice is marked as refunded.
6. If money was deducted but the order failed
Sometimes a payment fails after your bank has debited the money. In that case your bank or Razorpay usually returns it automatically within 5 to 7 working days. If it does not, contact us with your order number and the payment details and we will follow it up.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.
